Job Title: Acquisitions Sales Representative - Real Estate Wholesaling

Location: Remote U.S. (must be able to work PST hours)

Type: Full-Time Contractor (1099)

Compensation: $35,000 base salary + 15% commission of revenue from properties closed with the Rep (Potential to make $80k to $150k+ per year).

We are a real estate wholesaling company specializing in building and maintaining robust relationships with other wholesalers. Unlike traditional wholesalers who focus on marketing to homeowners, our business model emphasizes connecting with and supporting other wholesalers to facilitate successful property transactions. With a strong network of investors, we assist other wholesalers by marketing their deals and collaborating to close transactions efficiently.

We will soon be rolling out an Acquisitions department to acquire our own direct deals through real estate agents in our local markets! This will allow us to acquire more opportunities at a steeper discount and have more control over our deals.

Role Overview:

As mentioned above, we are implementing our Acquisitions department and hiring for the role! We are seeking a driven and energetic Acquisitions Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and real estate, looking to leverage their skills in a high-reward, commission-based position. As an Acquisition Representative, you will be at the forefront of our operations, connecting with real estate agents from their MLS listings to source properties to submit daily offers on, meanwhile building your network of realtors for future off market opportunities for more exclusive business. You will focus on securing properties under contract, after which our dispositions team will take over to finalize acquiring an investor to purchase the property and close on it.

Key Responsibilities/Objectives:

1. Sourcing MLS Listings:

Utilize Redfin and other MLS data-providing services to find fixer properties to submit offers on.

Call the listing agents to “pre-qualify” the listing and seller to ensure it’s a fit.

2. Underwriting:

You will underwrite properties by finding the “ARV” and calculating our “Offer Price” in order to submit an offer.

3. Submit Offers / Negotiations:

You will call the agents to go over your offer, review terms, and come to an agreement with the seller.

4. Follow Ups:

You will perform daily follow ups to the realtors you’re speaking with to ensure consistency and maximize conversion rate

5. Building Your Network:

Categorize each realtor in the CRM to ensure you’re never losing touch with anyone you speak with to acquire exclusive off market real estate listings.

6. Lead Management:

You will manage your pipeline, follow ups, on & off market leads, and conversations with realtors utilizing our proven systems and softwares to maximize performance and results.

Candidate Profile:

Who You Are

- You are eager to grow with a team and understand that success in sales is directly related to the effort you put in.

- You follow detailed processes, are highly organized, and are a natural networker.

- You excel at phone sales and have experience in a service-based industry (e.g., Solar, pest control, car sales).

Must-Have Qualifications

- Great at keeping an up-to-date and organized CRM (clean pipeline, up to date tasks, etc...)

- Discipline and a positive outlook, seeing losses as learning opportunities.

- Commitment to mental and physical health, understanding its impact on professional performance and self-confidence.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Experience in real estate.

- Possession of a real estate license.

- Knowledge or experience in real estate wholesaling.
