Title: Lead Generator - Acquisition Specialist

Hourly Rate: $4/hr 

Type: Part Time - Monday through Friday

Hours: 4 hours per day (10AM PST - 2PM PST)

Location: Remote Philippines

About Asetla:

Asetla is a real estate wholesaling company that thrives on metric driven sales roles. We specialize in acquiring on- and off-market investment properties from real estate agents by submitting offers, negotiating, and following up on their MLS listings daily alongside building a network of realtors to acquire off market leads. We then assign the contract on the properties we get under contract to our network of investors for a higher price to make a profit.

Responsibilities:

- Join in real estate investor and wholesaler groups .

- Initiate direct messages with Facebook members to generate leads.

- Engage with leads via Facebook Messenger.

- Create and share posts in relevant Facebook groups.

- Actively comment on posts within Facebook groups.

- Consistently meet daily targets for direct messages, posts, and comments.

- Connect and network with potential leads on LinkedIn.

- Screen and verify that leads meet our business criteria .

- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team

Requirement:

- Candidates must be willing to use their own personal Facebook page for lead generation. This is required in order to avoid being blocked or limited by Facebook on new profiles.

Location & Schedule:

Anywhere in the Philippines (Remote)

Our team hangs out in our “virtual office” (via Slack) during normal business hours.

Weekly team huddles, 1 on 1’s, performance reviews, and sales training.

Ability to work part-time Monday through Friday.
