Role Description:

The Dispositions Specialist is a crucial part of Asetla’s success, focused on expanding our network of real estate investors and cash buyers to ensure the successful sale of our real estate deals. Without buyers, we have no business, making this role essential to our company’s operations. You will be responsible for researching, identifying, and engaging with potential investors to build a comprehensive network of cash buyers.


Key Responsibilities/Objectives:

- Research & Data Collection: Utilize software such as Privy to identify completed fix-and-flip transactions by investors in our target market.

- Owner Identification: Research and locate the owners of LLCs involved in property purchases using Opencorporates.com.

- Skip Tracing: Use tools like TruePeopleSearch to find contact information for LLC owners.

- Database Management: Compile and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets of cash buyers and upload them into the company CRM.

- Outreach: Text and cold call identified cash buyers to qualify them as potential investors.

- Communication / Qualification: Engage in high-level conversations with real estate investors to gather their investment criteria for our Dispositions Team.

- Efficiency: Complete all tasks efficiently and accurately to build a robust list of real estate investors.


Candidate Profile:


Who You Are:

- You enjoy and excel at data entry and have strong analytical skills.

- You are highly organized and proficient in maintaining detailed records and CRM systems.

- You have excellent communication skills and thrive in lead generation or sales roles, especially when interacting with potential clients.

- You are a quick learner, adapting swiftly to new technologies and processes.

- You are fluent in English and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Who You Are Not:

- You are not someone who struggles with typing or quickly adapting to technology.

- You do not enjoy sales or networking with others.

- You are not someone who tends to make excuses instead of finding solutions.


Must-Have Qualifications:

At least 1.5 years of experience in a lead generation or sales role (preferred).


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

- Extensive real estate experience.

- 3-5 years in a real estate-specific lead generation role.


Compensation & Benefits:

- $4/hr

- Hourly-based full-time remote role (9 AM PST - 5 PM PST) for overseas individuals.

- Local country and U.S. Federal Holidays are off and paid.

- 1-hour paid lunch.
