Compensation: Commission Only – 20% commission on closed deals sourced by you ($88k-$100k+ annual earning potential).

Asetla is a real estate wholesaling company that thrives on metric driven sales roles. We specialize in acquiring on- and off-market investment properties from real estate agents by submitting offers, negotiating, and following up on their MLS listings daily alongside building a network of realtors to acquire off market leads. We then assign the contract on the properties we get under contract to our network of investors for a higher price to make a profit. 

Role Summary:

We’re hiring a results-driven Acquisitions Sales Representative to aggressively expand our inventory of investment properties. You’ll leverage platforms such as Zillow and Redfin to source MLS listings, call realtors, submit offers, and negotiate deals on behalf of the company.

Key Responsibilities/Objectives:

- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to listing agents to pre-qualify their listings & determine if we’re a good fit for the property and situation.

- Underwrite properties by comping houses to determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and offer prices.

- Submit verbal and written offers & negotiate contracts as needed with agents to get properties under contract.

- Complete daily follow-ups with agents via phone calls & SMS to maximize offer acceptance rates.

- Build and categorize a realtor network in the CRM to secure off-market deals and track relationship history.

- Manage pipeline (on/off-market leads, follow-ups, contracts) using CRM, dialers, and company software.

- Collaborate with the Dispositions Team to sell,, finalize, and close deals.

Must-Have Qualifications

-Knowledge of the real estate industry.

-Proven success in a metrics-driven sales/outbound role (real estate, cars, solar, etc.)

-CRM mastery (pipeline hygiene, task discipline, lead categorization).

-Grit to make 50-100+ daily calls/SMS and relentlessly follow up.

-Hunger to learn real estate underwriting (ARV, comps, offer math).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

-1+ years in real estate wholesaling acquisitions.Real estate license.

-Experience with comping and underwriting properties for fix n flips.

Location & Schedule:

-Anywhere in the U.S.Our team hangs out in our “virtual office” (via Slack) during normal business hours.

-Weekly team huddles, 1 on 1’s, performance reviews, and sales training.

-Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday with flexibility for after-hours or weekend work as needed.
