Role Overview:
The Real Estate Lead Manager at Asetla drives partnerships with real estate wholesalers, vetting potential collaborators and managing property leads. This role bridges the gap between wholesalers and the sales team, ensuring all leads meet criteria before passing them on. Success in this position requires an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while fostering relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities/Objectives:
- Outreach to Real Estate Wholesalers: Engage with wholesalers through social media platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, to initiate connections.
- Wholesaler Vetting: Screen and assess potential wholesalers through phone interactions to identify if they are suitable partners for Asetla.
- Lead Management: Follow up with vetted wholesalers, ensuring all leads gathered meet specific property criteria. Confirm all necessary information is collected before passing these leads to the Acquisitions Representative.
