Compensation: Commission Only - 12% of Revenue from Properties Sold (Potential to make $80k to $150k+ per year)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dispositions Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with real estate investors, marketing property deals, and ensuring successful transactions. Your primary focus will be on selling properties acquired through our acquisitions team to our investor base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reaching out to new investors daily to sell properties to
- Make 100+ calls daily to investors (Includes cold, warm, hot leads & follow ups)
- Create & execute SMS / Email marketing for properties
- CRM management (SMS & Call conversations management, task management, and pipeline management)
- Track investor feedback & provide it to the acquisitions team to relay to our wholesaler partners.
- Schedule & Coordinate property showings with investors & our team
- Conduct property showings (if the property is near you physically)
- Negotiate price and contract terms with investors
- Write up contracts & send to investors to e-signTake property images (if the property is near you physically)
- Communicate clearly with the team daily on the status of properties

Must Haves:
- Real estate experience or in depth knowledge of the real estate industry
- Phone sales / negotiation experience
Location & Schedule
- Remote U.S. Based Role
- Ability to work Monday through Friday & outside of regular working hours as needed
- Daily morning team meetings @ 9AM PST with meditation, prayer, and affirmations
